To enroll in ZoomInterviews' Affiliate Program you must submit an affiliate registration form found here. Upon successful submission of the registration form, a new affiliate account will be activated and you will be able to start earning commission within minutes after registration. At the same time, ZoomInterviews will evaluate your account and confirm its acceptance or notify you if your enrollment was rejected.
ZoomInterviews reserves the right to reject or cancel applications for any reason. For example, we may reject or cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for the Program, including if it:
Promotes violence
Promotes sexually explicit materials
Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Promotes illegal activities
Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
Includes "ZoomInterviews" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name. The proper spelling of our firm is "ZoomInterviews", with a capital "I" for "Interviews".
Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
Purchase or bid for placement of any of ZoomInterviews or trademarked company names. These names include: (ZoomInterviews, Zoom In Feel Ready and Zoom Method) and any variation of our trademarked names, service marks or copyrighted terms and logos.
Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.
Utilizes Pop-Up, Pop-Under, or automatic Redirects to link to our site. Any method that automatically plants an affiliate cookie is strictly prohibited. Any method that automatically redirects the customer to Zoominterviews.com website by execution of an affiliate link is in violation of the Affiliate Program Agreement. The customer must click on a ZoomInterviews affiliate link to set the affiliate cookie.
Utilizes ZoomInterviews trademarks in paid search marketing programs, where the use of such trademarks is in the title, description, or display URL of the paid search ad.
If your application is not accepted, you are welcome to reapply to the Program at any time. You should also note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined (at our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement.
Affiliates who are terminated from the Program are forbidden to reapply at any time in the future. Any such attempts to do so will result in commissions not being issued.
2. Links on Your Site
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for the duration of the term of this Agreement, solely for purposes of facilitating referrals from your site to our site, to establish and maintain lists, links and search boxes as detailed below:
On your site, you may place Site Links to pages on the Zoominterviews.com site. For purposes of this Agreement, a "Site Link" is a hypertext link comprised of a URL and a Zoominterviews-approved graphic, available from our site. The URL also incorporates unique Affiliates Program Identifier Information which will be provided to you by ZoomInterviews, or its agent. Once accepted, you may add or delete Site Links from your site at any time without our approval. Each Site Link must connect directly to the Zoominterviews.com site. You may not transmit "interstitial advertising" to users as they link from your site to the Zoominterviews.com site, or otherwise interrupt such link through the use of any intermediate screen or device, including without limitation the use of any html pop-up window. In addition, you may not frame, or otherwise create a border environment or browser around, the Zoominterviews.com site, or the contents thereof. You will be solely responsible for properly incorporating the Affiliates Program Identifier Information into your Site Link and testing the Site Link to ensure that it operates properly.
Partners are not allowed to spider the ZoomInterviews.com site to obtain our content and contextual images. Any affiliate who attempts to do so will be revoked from the program and any outstanding commissions will also be forfeited. Only materials provided via our affiliate services area may be used for product promotion. The primary logo image from the Zoominterviews.com website may be used as well.
General Link to ZoomInterviews Homepage: You may provide a general link on your site to our homepage. We will provide you with guidelines and graphical artwork to use in linking to the ZoomInterviews homepage.
Neither you, nor any person or entity acting on your behalf, shall engage in any solicitation activity on behalf of ZoomInterviews other than by the maintenance of one or more links from your site to the ZoomInterviews site as authorized by this Agreement without our permit in writing. Such prohibited additional solicitation activities include, but are not limited to, the distribution of flyers, coupons, and other printed promotional materials; circulation of printed and electronic newsletters; initiation of telephone calls; and sending emails; any of which mention ZoomInterviews or refer to the presence of a ZoomInterviews link on your site.
You may not make any press release with respect to this Agreement or your participation in the Program without our prior written consent, which may be given or withheld in our sole discretion. You may e-mail at info@zoominterviews.com if you wish to get written consent.
Except for the license granted under this Section 2, you do not obtain any rights under this Agreement on any intellectual property, including, without limitation, any intellectual property with respect to the any video materials, any interview preparation or other text content, Special Links, link formats, technical specifications, guidelines or graphical artwork referenced above, or with respect to the ZoomInterviews domain name.
You also acknowledge that as a participant in the Program, we may from time to time send you email updates about the Program. By participating in the Program, you consent to our sending you these email updates.
3. Order Processing
We will process orders placed by customers accessing our site via a Site Link in accordance with our standard business practices. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with any requirements that we periodically may establish. Customers who buy products from us through the Affiliates Program will be deemed to be customers of ZoomInterviews. Accordingly, all ZoomInterviews rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and prices will apply to the customers who use your Site Links to get to our site. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time, with or without notice.
4. Fee Payment
We will pay you referral fees on a monthly basis. Approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar month, we will send you payment for the referral fees earned less any taxes that we are required by law to withhold. We will pay you up to 20% of all sales generated by affiliation with you or your company based on the following scale:

The total of such sales in any given month will generate commissions, based upon the following schedule:
Affiliate payments are made on the 1st of every month. Commission checks will be sent to the address specified in the affiliate registration form.
Affiliate commissions are only calculated for sales that have already passed the allowed refund period (guarantee period) for the respective products.
The actual payment day may vary slightly due to public holidays, weekends and other non-working days, as well as any technical difficulties and availability of Internet connection
In addition to posting a link to ZoomInterviews.com on your website, commissions can be earned through the sending a referral link via email or even distribute it verbally. Further details can be found in the "Affiliate Setup" section on your affiliate account page.
If a refund is requested by a customer on a qualifying sale, its referral fee will be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Participant. If there is no next monthly payment, the Participant will be billed.
5. Policies and Pricing
For the avoidance of doubt, customers who buy Products through this Program will be customers of ZoomInterviews. Accordingly, all ZoomInterviews rules, policies and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service and Product sales will apply to those customers. Such policies and operating procedures may be changed at any time. For example, ZoomInterviews will determine the prices to be charged for Products sold under this Program in accordance with its own pricing policies. Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. Because price changes may affect Products that you already have listed on your site, you must not include price information in your Product descriptions.
6. Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate
We will make available to you a small graphic image that identifies your site as a Program participant. You may want to display this logo or the phrase "In association with Zoominterviews" somewhere on your site. We may modify the graphic image from time to time.
7. Limited License
In your Site Links, you agree to use only those graphic images that we provide, and further agree to update such images with any new images we provide. You may not alter the look, feel or functionality of the graphics in any way without ZoomInterviews.com's prior written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the ZoomInterviews Affiliates Program graphics and such other images for which we grant express permission, solely for the purpose of identifying your site as a ZoomInterviews Affiliates Program participant. We reserve all of our rights in the graphics and all other intellectual property rights. We may revoke your license at any time by giving you written notice.
You acknowledge that we may desire to use Affiliates Program members' names and logos in press releases, product brochures and financial reports indicating that you are a member of the ZoomInterviews Affiliates Program, and you agree that we may use your name and logo in such a manner.
8. Responsibility for Your Site
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. The accuracy and appropriateness of materials posted on your site (including, among other things, all Product-related materials) ensuring that materials posted on your site do not breach or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights; ensuring that materials posted on your site are not defamatory or illegal. We disclaim all liability for these matters. Further, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance and contents of your site.
9. Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement will begin upon your receipt of written notification from ZoomInterviews.com of its acceptance of your Application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease all use of ZoomInterviews Trademarks, and remove from your site(s), all Site Links, and all other materials provided by or on behalf of us to you in connection with the Affiliates Program. You are only eligible to earn commissions during the term. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. Notification via e-mail to your address in our records will be deemed to have been delivered and given for all purposes on the delivery date. 10. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules.
IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.
11. Relationship of Parties
You and we are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties or our respective affiliates. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations, guarantees or warranties on our or our affiliates' behalf, including with respect to our or our affiliates Products or services. You will not make any statement or representation, whether on your site or otherwise, that you are connected or affiliated with us or our site, other than for the purpose of referring users to our site as defined under this Agreement, or that otherwise reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.
12. Limitation of Liability
You warrant that you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement, and that the entering into and performance of this Agreement by you will not violate, conflict with, or result in a default under any other contract or agreement to which you are a party. You warrant that your site(s) will not infringe, violate or misappropriate any copyright, trade secret, trademark, or other proprietary or intellectual property right of any third party or constitute libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or the violation of any right of publicity or any other right of any third party.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE AFFILIATES PROGRAM, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY. THE LIMITS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION WILL APPLY EVEN IF ZOOMINTERVIEWS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13. Disclaimers
THE SITE LINKS, AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTATION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY ZOOMINTERVIEWS "AS IS." WE MAKE NO PROMISES, WARRANTIES, OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE OPERATION OF OUR SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR THAT OUR PRODUCTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE FROM THE ZOOMINTERVIEWS.COM SITE. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION WILL SURVIVE EXPIRATION OR TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY REASON.
14. Compliance with Laws
As a condition of your participation in the Program, you agree that while you are a Program participant you will comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions or other requirements of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over you, whether those laws, etc. are now in effect or later come into effect during the time you are a Program participant. Without limiting the foregoing obligation, you agree that as a condition of your participation in the Program you will comply with all applicable laws (federal, state or otherwise) that govern marketing email, including without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all other anti-spam laws.
15. Independent Investigation
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
16. Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
